Yu

Edward Yu is a licensed Civil Engineer specializing in structural engineering, with over 20 years of experience in the industry.  Since 2004, he has worked on a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential developments, light retail spaces, tenant improvements, and commercial buildings.

For the past 16 years, he has focused extensively on custom residential design, bringing a deep understanding of structural integrity and innovative building solutions to every project.  His approach emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning, ensuring that each design is both structurally sound and aligned with project goals.

Committed to guiding clients through the engineering process, Edward believes in educating stakeholders, exploring multiple design solutions, and working closely with the design-build team to deliver efficient, high-quality results.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis (2002).
